Henry E. Miller, Sr., Joseph A. Norwood, Henry E. Miller, Jr., and John V. Thompson, Jr. established M&N in 1967. M&N was founded as a supplier and manager of construction equipment for general and subcontractors in the Mt Holly, North Carolina area. Soon after its founding, the corporation established itself as a dominant player in its home market. M&N entered the Raleigh and Triad areas in the 1990s. M&N has worked hard over the past decade to become the go-to source for rental equipment, rebar fabrication, goods, new equipment, tools, and maintenance for concrete contractors. The M&N now operates out of four key locations to better serve our clientele. Our business strategy is exclusive to North Carolina, and we are the only comprehensive supplier of concrete and related services in the state.
